Enrique Tuza started as an apprentice in his late teens, learning the trade the slow way — sanding, prepping, painting trim, watching the senior decorators and earning the right to handle the visible work. That patient apprenticeship still shapes how the firm operates today: the prep gets the time it needs, shortcuts aren't taken on materials, and the person who quoted you the job is usually the person painting it.

We stayed small on purpose. A typical job is delivered by a named team of two or three decorators, working consistently across the duration. There's no revolving door of unfamiliar faces and no subcontracting out the work. That means we can't take on every job at every scale — but it also means the standard is genuinely the same on day one and day five.

Most of our work comes from repeat clients, interior designers and architects who specify us for their projects, and word-of-mouth recommendations across the central London postcodes. We don't advertise heavily. The site you're reading is part of an effort to make the firm easier to reach — not to grow into something we're not.
