Most painters and decorators stop at the surface. We design, build and finish bespoke joinery in-house — which means the carpentry and the paintwork are done by the same team, on the same job, to the same standard. The reason that matters: when joinery is built by one trade and finished by another, the seams almost always show. When it's done end-to-end, the finished piece feels like architecture rather than something bolted on at the end.

We work with both solid timber and MDF depending on the application — solid for furniture-style pieces that benefit from the grain, MDF for built-ins that need to take a perfect spray finish without showing wood movement over time. Everything is fitted on-site, scribed into uneven walls and floors, and finished with the same paints we use everywhere else in your home so colours and sheens match across the room. Whether the piece is a built-in wardrobe that needs to disappear into a wall, or a slatted feature wall that's meant to be the centrepiece of a room, the goal is the same: it should look like it was always there.

Most of our joinery jobs are the kind of thing clients have been working around for years — the awkward alcove that should be storage, the under-stair void full of coats and a hoover, the hallway that needs a bench-and-shoe-rack solution that's actually beautiful.
