Drywall & Plastering in London

Skimming, patching and full re-plasters that give you a flat, ready-to-paint surface every time.

Painting a wall that hasn't been properly prepared is like polishing a scratch — you can see every flaw, just shinier. So although we lead with painting, plastering and drywall work make up a steady part of what we actually do. A flat, paint-ready surface is the foundation everything else sits on.

We handle the full range: small patch repairs after a leak or after pulling out shelving, skimming over textured Artex or tired finishes, drywall over masonry where a thinner build-up is wanted, and full re-plasters where there's significant damage or movement. We work with both traditional gypsum (Thistle MultiFinish is the standard go-to) and modern lightweight boards for partitions and ceiling reinstatement.

Plaster needs time to cure — typically 3–5 days before it's ready to paint properly. We'll plan the job around that drying time so painting can follow directly behind without rushing the substrate. If you're under time pressure for a tenancy change-over or completion date, tell us early and we'll be honest about what's actually achievable.
