Jet Painting & Decorating Ltd ("we", "us") is the controller of any personal information you share with us through this website, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you message us through the website's quote form, that submission is delivered directly to our WhatsApp — it is not stored on this website's server. The fields you fill in (name, phone, email, service, property type and any details you provide) become an ordinary WhatsApp message sent to us by you.

When you call us or message us by WhatsApp or email outside the form, we collect whatever details you choose to share so we can prepare a quote and deliver the work if you go ahead.

What we don't collect

We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, heatmap tools or any other third-party analytics on this site. There are no marketing cookies. We don't sell or share your details with any third party for any reason. We are not on social media at the time of writing.

Cookies

The site sets one tiny piece of local browser storage to remember whether you've dismissed the privacy notice at the bottom of the page. That's it. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

How long we keep your details

WhatsApp messages and call records are kept for as long as needed to complete the work, handle warranty queries, and meet our legal obligations (typically up to seven years for invoicing records). After that we delete them in the ordinary course of clearing old conversations and records.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it (subject to any legal obligation we have to keep certain records). To make any of these requests, email enrique@jetpainting.co.uk.

You can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we've mishandled your data — although we'd hope you'd tell us first so we can put it right.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material on this page, the "last updated" date at the top will change. This is a small business website rather than a frequently changing service, so updates here are rare.
